The final cost is calculated individually for each case, as it depends on a number of factors:

• type of packaging;

Route

Thanks to our well-established groupage line, we ensure optimal delivery times and cost.
Delivery is carried out with transshipment. Subject to agreement, a Customs Declaration (CD) is required with "AUTO" indicated in field 21 of the CD. Export declaration services can be provided by TRASKO.

Packaging

When exporting goods to Europe, the packaging must carry a fumigation stamp (in accordance with ISPM15 standard). Otherwise, customs authorities will turn the driver back at the EU border and will not allow the cargo to reach its destination.

We offer:

• packaging on Euro pallets with a fumigation stamp (in accordance with ISPM15 standard);
• crating and its subsequent treatment with a fumigation stamp (in accordance with ISPM15 standard);
• treatment of the customer's own wooden packaging with a fumigation stamp (in accordance with ISPM15 standard).

How International Cargo Delivery from Russia to Europe Works

Stage 1. Submitting a Request

1. The sender contacts TRASKO.
2. The manager calculates the cost of the service.

Stage 2. Preparing Documents and Cargo

3. Signing a supply contract with the consignee (the sender enters into an agreement with the consignee).
4. Preparing the cargo (packaging and labeling).
5. Preparing the document package for customs clearance. Signing a freight forwarding (FFS) and customs clearance (CC) service agreement. Agreeing delivery terms with the transport company. Submitting a delivery request to the transport company.

Stage 3. Customs Clearance and Delivery

6. Submitting the customs declaration. Processing an incomplete customs declaration.
7. Loading the vehicle in the sender's city in Russia/Belarus. Preparing transport documents. Issuing the export declaration.
8. Transporting the cargo from the sender's city to the consolidation warehouse in Krasnogorsk.
9. Transporting the cargo from the consolidation warehouse in Krasnogorsk to the consolidation warehouse in Vilnius (Lithuania).
10. Transporting the cargo from the consolidation warehouse in Vilnius (Lithuania) to the consignee's customs office in Europe.
11. Customs clearance. Delivery to the consignee.
